• In the last versions of Internet Explorer file download does not start immediately to increase a security. Please, focus your attention that on top of a window of Internet Explorer will appear a yellow line. Pressing on the yellow line will appear a menu in which you should select "Download file". The download of the file to your computer will start after this.

1.3. Where can I find final version of your program?

• Our program with the release of a new version automatically downloads and installs updates. In any case, you always can download the new version of our program from our website in the "Download" menu.

2.1. What steps I have to make to open an account with Red Star Poker?

• It is necessary to install our program to your computer (see from the beginning "How to start").
• Run our program.
• Push the button "Login" in the main window of the lobby.
• In a new window of a browser indicate: nickname, password, date of birth, your active e-mail (on the end of registration, our system will send to you a link to confirm your e-mail to finalize the proccess of registration).
• Then press button "Registration".

2.2. How can I activate the account on real money?

• In the main window of our program select menu "Cashier"
• Following in submenu select "Summary"
• In the renewed window, search for link "Create a real account" and press it.
• In the renewed window indicate all required information (first name, last name, country, address and etc.)
• Press on the button "Submit".

2.3. How can I deposit money on my Red Star Poker account?

2.4. How can I find out my Red Star Poker account balance?

• In the main window of our program, press on the menu button "Cashier". Automatically, our program shows all the necessary information of your account. But in any case this information is located in submenu "Summary"

2.5. How can I withdraw money from my Red Star Poker account?

• In the main window of our program select in menu "Cashier" ,in submenu select "Cash out"

2.6. Where can I find history of money movements on my Red Star Poker account?

• In the main window of our program select in menu "Cashier", further on the next submenu select "History" In the renewed window of our program you will see entire history of your money movements. 2.7. Can I transfer money from my Red Star Poker account on a Red Star Poker account of another player?

3.2. I have forgotten my password; what I have to do?

• We do not manage information, concerning the passwords of our players; therefore, we do not send passwords to our players. In case of loss of your password , you can regenerate a new one , as follows:
1. Run our program.
2. Press on "Login" button.
3. In the new window press on "Forgot my password"
4. Enter your e-mail, or your nickname.
5. Press on the button "Next".
6. Verify your e-mail to the object of obtaining from us letter.
7. Use the link in our letter to regenerate a new password.
• After all enumerated above actions you will again have the opportunity to enter into our program, using a new password.

3.3. How can I change my password?

• Enter in the main window in the menu "My account", then submenu “Account Details”.
• In the renewed window, search for link "Edit password" and press it.
• A new window of your Internet browser will open, where you will be able to indicate new password.
• Press on the button, "Submit".

3.4. How can I change my e-mail?

• Enter in the main window of our program in the menu "My account", then submenu "Account Details".
• In the renewed window your registration information will reveal, among which there will be your e-mail.

• Next, you should indicate your new e-mail and fill-in your password.
• Press the button "Submit".
• Our system will send to your new e-mail a letter with a link on which you will confirm the activity of your new e-mail.

3.5. How can I change my nickname?

• Enter in the main window of our program in the menu "My account", then submenu “Account Details”.
• In the renewed window your registration information will appear, among which there will be your nickname.
• Opposite your nickname will be located the link "Edit". Click on this link.
• Insert new nickname and press "Submit"

3.6. How to change my avatar?

• In a main lobby of our programm press button "Options".
• In new pop-up window select tab "Table".
• In tab "Table" select avatar.
• Then press "OK".

Games and Tournaments

4.1. How can I join in a table?

• Open the main window of our program.
• Press on the button "Ring games" program automatic shows all tables, which are, at the present, active.
• You can also sort out tables according to the type, for example: You want to play the game "Omaha Hi-Low", No limit, on real money. Press the buttons: [Omaha Hi-Low] [No Limit] [Real Money]
• In the list of games press two times on the name of table, you want to play.
• In the new window, press on the available place to sit.
• Fill up the necessary information required by the program.
• Press the button "OK".

4.2. How can I add chips when game is on?

• Being located beyond the table in order to add chips, it is necessary enter the menu "Options". This can be made in two ways:
1. In the window with the image of a table, below there are layers. Select layer "Info". Press the button "Options".
2. By double pressing the dealer's image.
• In the new window in the layer "Game", press the button "Add chips"
• Indicate entire necessary information, inquired by the program.
• Press the button "OK".

4.3. Where can I find history of hands?

• You can see the history of last hand, without leaving the table. For this press on the button "Hand history" that is located in the upper left corner of the window with the image of the table.
• You can see the history of all played hands through the main menu "Options" in the main window of our program. Press the "Options" button to appear new window, in which you should select laying "History".
• In the window "History" must be marked the function "Save hand history", if this function is marked, then all played hands are saved on your computer.
• Press the button "Open folder" and you will fall into folder named by your e-mail.
• In that folder you will find the entire history of hands played by you

4.4. How can I register on tournament?

• Open the main window of our program.
• Press on the button "Tournaments"
• Program on automatically shows all tournaments, which are available at the moment.
• You can also sort out tournaments according to the type, for example: You are interested on the tournament Texas Hold'em, freeroll. Press the buttons: [Texas Hold'em] [Freeroll]
• In the list of tournaments, find the tournament that are stated open for registration and press two times on the name of the tournament.
• In the new window, press on the button "Download".
• Fill up all necessary information, required by the program. Program will automatically place you to the table, as soon as tournament begins.
